Hors d’oeuvres - Caprese skewers, Mediterranean canape, and Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno (cut and skewered)
Salad - Carrot and spinach, sous-vide red beets, sliced fresh apples, goat cheese with champagne vinaigrette

Duet Plate - Tart cherry, bacon wrapped pork medallion with natural jus and chicken breast with creole beurre blanc sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable
Vegetarian Plate - Portobello mushroom cap rubbed with chipotle infused olive oil packed with flame roasted black beans, zucchini, corn, and sweet peppers topped with creamy gorgonzola. Served with basmati rice

Pre-order a bottle of wine for your table to enjoy together! Choices of wine are Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet and Merlot.

Wear your comfortable formal attire to the event. If you are really in the Lourdes spirit, include red and black in your outfit! However, it is by no means mandatory to wear red.
