We are dedicated to making Lourdes Academy and Catholic education—available to all children, regardless of financial status. There are a variety of financial assistance programs available to make Lourdes Academy tuition affordable for all.
Please complete the FACTS online financial aid application between February 1 - April 10, 2025.
Financial assistance can mean the difference between sending your kids to private or public school. Thanks to the generous support of our alumni, community members, and individuals who value Catholic education, Lourdes Academy awarded more than $430,000 in financial aid for the 2023-2024 school year.
All system families are eligible to apply for financial aid annually. FACTS Financial Aid conducts our financial need analysis a $40 fee applies. To apply, please complete the financial aid application available on FACTS.
We understand that a lump-sum payment isn’t possible for most families. Through our payment plan program, families are able to make monthly, quarterly or semesterly payments on their child(ren)’s tuition costs. An annual FACTS fee of $20 or $50 applies depending on the payment plan selected. A conveninece fee is also charged for all credit/debit card payments on FACTS.
Discounts
Multiple Student Discount (based on number of tuition paying students):
2nd student - deduct $150 from tuition cost
3rd student - deduct $250 from tuition cost
4th student - receives 50% discount on in-parish tution rate
5th or more - in-parish tution rate is free (applied to youngest students)
Payment in Full:
2% discount deducted from 2025-26 tuition paid in full by August 16, 2025.
Parish Membership:
Enrolled students who are active members of Most Blessed Sacrament, St. Jude the Apostle, St. Mary - Omro or Winneconne, and St. Raphael the Archangel parish receive a $1,550 deduction in tuition. This is made possible by the support these parishes provide to Lourdes Academy.
Lourdes Academy participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP), a state-funded program that allows students to attend any participating private school, tuition-free.
How it works:
Our current Lourdes Academy students are eligible (and encouraged) to apply for a voucher when they enter kindergarten, first and ninth grade.
The open application period for the 2025-2026 school year is February 1 - April 17, 2025.

At Lourdes Academy, we want to thank our current system families for being our biggest cheerleaders. When a new student enrolls thanks to your referral, we’ll give you a 25% student tuition credit for each referral. Learn more about our New Family Referral program here.
Who doesn’t love gift cards? Lourdes Academy offers Scrip—a gift card fundraising program where we purchase gift cards and/or certificates from local and national retailers at a discount. Then, we sell them to you at face value and share the profits (70/30 profit split). The profits (rebates) will be credited to your tuition account. Learn more about Scrip here.
You can use a 529 college savings plan (like Edvest) to cover private and/or religious educati on.
To help with private school tuition, individuals can use up to $10,000 of their 529 earnings annually. 529 savings plans also qualify for an annual gift tax exclusion of $15,000, which means you can invest for your grandchildren, too. Earnings on 529 investments are not subject to federal taxes.

Taxpayers in Wisconsin can utilize an income tax deduction for private and/or religious school tuition expenses. Parents of students in grades K-8 can deduct tuition expenses of up to $4,000 for each dependent child and grades 9-12 can deduct up to $10,000. Please consult a tax advisor for more information.
Lourdes Academy provides temporary summer employment opportunites for students who are 14 years old or older and entering grades 9-12. Placement will be at our Elementary or Middle/High School location.
The schedule will begin the first week of summer vacation through approximately the first week of August, Monday-Friday with no work the week of July 4.
Note: Applicaitons are available each spring. If you're interested in becoming a student employee, apply early! There are usually only 10-12 openings available each summer.
Hosting an international student is a positive, life-changing experience! Becoming a host family for one of our international students allows you to learn more about their culture and experiences. International students have their own insurance, spending money and tuition; some programs even offer a monthly sitpend or tuition credit for the host family.
